What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very flexible with your schedule
Approachable and support work life balance
The culture of flexibility, leadership doesn't care about when and where work gets done - as long as the work gets done.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
More transparency and career paths
Leading, not managing. There's a difference.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k and end of year bonus
The stock awards AND the bonus (if eligible) really adds up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher base pay would help me feel valued.
Salary is subpar to market rates. Enter at a high salary or be stuck forever
What are some of the best things about your team?
The positive attitude, willingness to help and drive to improve
Friendly people i work with keep me going. We are all in the same boat.
On a personal level, they're amazing people and most of the folks you meet/work with (not for) are spectacular. Knowledgeable, gritty, and talented.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I get to work from home so it's super nice on stress
It's open. You can be honesty about your opinion and perspective on things. Leadership doesn't just encourage it, but they also live it as well.
The fact that the company invests in your interests + growth, FreeWheel will encourage your education towards another role within the company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Career paths and compensation adjustments to align with the role and the market.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was fast, interviews were scheduled one after another - I finished my whole process within one week!
Nice people with no real challanging questions. Hired because of "personality" and not "qualification"

What makes you most happy at work?
Getting paid fairly for complexing tasks that I complete
The variety of work, although that has sharply declined over the past few years
WFH due to covid has been amazing.
