Since we don't see our bosses much my experience is fine. The only problem is when they show up to tell us we are not getting any raises.

My co-workers and my patients keep me happy at work.

Quick and painless. Fill out an application, saw the supervisor, check my credentials and I was hired.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is all about the patients and there well being regardless of the lack of pay. Our patients come first.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to stop saying they don't have any money to give us raises. I check the stock market there profits are at an all-time high. But they always say they have no money for raises.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a professional who is being paid under market value for two reasons. I'm young and I'm a woman! Neither of which should matter since I have the license and am one of the best in my field.
