Could pay us more since we worked throughout the pandemic and has lot of task

I don't have the support that I need to complete my job effectively. It has been four years overdue.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teams are collaborative and tight knit, like a family.
They are all welcoming to new employee.

The culture changed four years ago, to be more corporate. The co-workers lost the old communal spirit. Folks don't greet each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Spaces are created for people to get to know eachother and develop relationships.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
To be more communal and fun. There is a lot of favoritism and brown-nosing. Not much room for growth as an admin istrative assistant.

The opportunity to meet everyone I woulld work with.
