its based on market rate
Individual workers have their health insurance covered, only have to pay for family portion.
Free benefits...and the added perks from time to time including free lunch
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is low for the industry. If pay was commensurate with other companies, it would help.
What are some of the best things about your team?
team is skilled and cooperative
Creativity, diversity of engineering backgrounds and experiences, and their ability to excite clients and bring them into the process of delivery to the projects/work we are contracted for.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Caring, honest, and hard working group all around. We look out for each other, for our clients, and we have fun doing what we do. The food, and other office perks are a huge bonus.
People care about one another
Genuine focus on growth as an organization and as people.
Great people to work with. Good projects and clients.
There are no egos here. Everyone truly gets along with each other. We work hard but play hard.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
leadership needs to value the people who do the actual work.

They focus on hard skills and people skills
