Who knows. They make up some “market investigation” crap that they try to use as an argument for NOT giving promotions.
How's the vacation policy at Fresh Consulting?
Terrible. They make you use vacation time if you can’t bill 40 hours of work. That billable time thing is garbage because it’s up to them to give you the hours. As a full time employee I think it’s highly unfair. They also only give you the bare minimum for time.
