Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More money more stocks more bonus and also more money
I was given lesser compensation when i joined due to pandemic reasons
What are some of the best things about your team?
we are a very high performing, collaborative, professional team
very high performing team, bringing expertise to Freshworks
I am surrounded by super smart people who are happy to roll up their sleeves and get things done, and are always willing to help. I've experienced that in small companies before, but this is 5000+ employees.
We truly care about each other and are willing to go out of our way to help one another. This is something I have not found at any other sales org.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we love working here and look forward to being together, whether on zoom or in the workplace

We have fun. We hire people who are generally fun and self-starters. We are flexible and allow for time off and expect that it is used.

Displayed of sovereign communication and solidarity
I feel very connected to the outcomes I drive for the company
I learn on the job every single day -- from some of the smartest people I've ever worked with -- and there's something to smile about in every conversation. I say that 1 year in.
Challenges and work culture apart from engagement activities
It is great to be at a company during this rapid growth phase in which we all get so see the impact of our work. And it's just a fun place to work :)
