What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The company is moving extremely quickly--which means awesome opportunity and great change. It does put pressure on the employees, which can be stressful and also rewarding.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Connecting with the lower level employees and providing reasons for us to be motivated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?As a part of the sales team providing the revenue I'm paid minimum wage with no benefits.
