What is the best part about your compensation package?

It pays the bills until they decide you are no longer an asset. They decide that based on old metrics and politics, not actual contributions.

Good coverage and i like it

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Laid off people and now current employees have more on their plate for the same pay. More pay is needed.

Pay is not keeping up with inflation. We have a hard time filling openings as well.

i would like to get pay a little bit more at least 750 USA dollars per month , ive been working in fruit of the loom for 2 years and they only raise you 15 usa dollars per year such a bad disgustin raise
