What do you like best about the leadership team?
They claim they care, but that has not been shown through actions.
Asked and implemented ideas with creditability to my work. I was able to work at my own pace as long as I was productive.
They are excellent at the company
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
How about replacing themselves with competent leadership.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It pays the bills until they decide you are no longer an asset. They decide that based on old metrics and politics, not actual contributions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Laid off people and now current employees have more on their plate for the same pay. More pay is needed.
Pay is not keeping up with inflation. We have a hard time filling openings as well.
i would like to get pay a little bit more at least 750 USA dollars per month , ive been working in fruit of the loom for 2 years and they only raise you 15 usa dollars per year such a bad disgustin raise
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work well together
We work hard even though we are not paid adequately.
My team is energetic and always looking to improve process.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we all get along well
The people are very encouraging, accountable, and have high standards. People I work with do not misuse PTO Vacation
Morale has gone greatly down this year so there is now nothing positive.
Everyone is treated with respect, no matter what culture they come from.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop lying to employees. They are not your most valuable asset if you regularly cast them out of the company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I met the entire team
They didn't only want to know what you can give to the company, they wanted to get to know you as a person.
Focus was on attributes and experience and what I bring to the table.
