Company does not like to pay employees what they are worth. In 2023 and 2024 fruit of the loom laid people off. Current employees are nervous they will lay off more and are looking elsewhere for jobs. In 2023 they also did not give a raise, not even a cost of living raise. Do not work here.

We work hard even though we are not paid adequately.

They claim they care, but that has not been shown through actions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Morale has gone greatly down this year so there is now nothing positive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Laid off people and now current employees have more on their plate for the same pay. More pay is needed.
