I'll be honest. The culture here is very friendly and feels like a family but you can't get past the glaringly obvious differences between hourly and salary at this company. their appreciation is little things like candy bars or burnt burgers and hotdogs once a quarter. It's amazing how they can't do something big that shows their appreciation for the hourly folks when you see their cost per month breakdown between hourly and salary. Here's a hint, you could hire FOUR hourly associates for a month for the cost of one salary on average before taking into account benefits.
Poor. Treated like expendable waste if you’re not part of the salary team
