What did you like most about the interview process?Initially, the transparency and ability to talk with everyone around the clock. Communication was sometimes lagging but thats normal and the case study/challenge was dull
What are some of the best things about your team?The communication between the operational level, and ability to talk truthfully and honestly with everyone and the focus that people have in making the best out of something that is sometimes not the best scenario
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The company is a one-hit wonder. They knew the right people at the right time, making its flagship game very famous because of lack of competition. Once things got harder, reality pushed hard and the golden cow started to suffer.
