Fuel Cycle Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Full benefits coverage and matching 401k

The package itself and the benefits

The best offer I have ever received and fair enough for the tasks that I signed up for.

Review from Operations Dept

Flexibility and fair review cycles

I have great insurance and it's easy to find in-network doctors, dentists, and therapists.

401k match and stock options

Pay & Benefits are fair and aligned with the market.

Review from Operations Dept

The comp package is well rounded

I'm compensated fairly. I don't take advantage of most of the benefits but I'm glad they're there.

Good medical and dental benefits (better than last company). Good in-office perks (snacks, lunches, etc.)

Medical, dental, life insurance and 401K

Good medical and dental benefits (better than I had at my last company). Good in-office perks (snacks, lunches).

it is not the highest in the market, but it is fair and the benefits are reliable

I think the pay is very competitive.

It's all encompassing with great benefits.

Salary and 401k match are the best part

Bonus structure is fair for the difficulty of this role

Stocks and bonus are the best part.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Fair and encompassing of needs

Review from Sales Dept

Great health and dental benefits. Salary is a bit lower than other agencies, but other benefits, perks, and culture help make up for it somewhat.

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There are no bonuses essentially, unless youre in a comissioned role. Executive leadership has on multiple occasions reframed bonus expectations written in our contracts. What would make things better is clear explanations, transparency, and honest commitment to a functional structure.

Need to keep up with inflation

Unlimited PTO (with the trust that no one will take advantage of it), and competitive market salaries.

I'm doing a lot more things than I thought I would be. My focus greatly shifted from one system to another. I'm happy to help out in various areas where my expertise is needed/challenged but that came with having to also do what I was initially hired for. I would like higher compensation.

I don't feel undervalued but we have a lot of work and I do not feel my compensation matches the amount of work I do

Pay and benefits could be more competitive - offer better incentives for employees to hit their targets

Review from Customer Success Dept

I don't feel undervalued, but I feel as though better benefits, like more PTO, if not unlimited PTO (with trust that the team won't abuse it), and a wellness stipend like so many post-pandemic companies are adopting would definitely make me more a motivated employee.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Better benefits with regard to PTO and wellness

Compensation could be improved across the board.

The amount of work expected does not match current day market value for the role.

My pay is about 40-50% lower than market value. When sharing these figures with leadership i get met with laughter, derision, and incredibility.

Review from Customer Success Dept

The market is changing so fast. They just need to do pay raises across the board to keep quality talent.

More vacation and higher pay

I do not feel undervalued just the nature of covid and work hours

Compensation does not align with workload and expectations. Base salaries and/or variable compensation should be increased to retain employees.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Employees are very unpaid despite long hours and high expectations in their roles. This results in high turnover which can be disruptive the work flow.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Increase the pay of your employees if you want to retain top talent. On average, most people will only be at Fuel Cycle for 2-3 years. Most leave due to low pay and high expectations.

Review from Customer Support Dept

There isn't enough vacation time. Burnout is rampant. Base salary is too low to match level of experience.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Recognition of what I bring to the table and all my past experience aside from # of years in my current role.

Review from Marketing Dept

More competitive pay, better PTO
