There are no bonuses essentially, unless youre in a comissioned role. Executive leadership has on multiple occasions reframed bonus expectations written in our contracts. What would make things better is clear explanations, transparency, and honest commitment to a functional structure.
Need to keep up with inflation
Unlimited PTO (with the trust that no one will take advantage of it), and competitive market salaries.
I'm doing a lot more things than I thought I would be. My focus greatly shifted from one system to another. I'm happy to help out in various areas where my expertise is needed/challenged but that came with having to also do what I was initially hired for. I would like higher compensation.
