What is the best part about your compensation package?
Better than market pay!\n\nGreat benefits (esp 401k matching)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation would be reasonable if this was a 40 hour work week. But this is 12 hour days and every weekend.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Relatively good natured people. Were all trying our best and understand the hardship. Sympathy is shared.
