The variety of product line
This is the most amazing job that I've ever had!
The quality of the items sold and the joy these bobbleheads brings children.
The bureaucracy is too much! Two faced leaders that at the end don't have your best interest at heart. The talk is good, the actions fall short. I wouldn't recommend it as a long term. New leadership is bad too. The diversity here is zero to none. There is not D&I effort. Very disappointing
