Transparency and involvement with employees. Some people in leadership roles want nothing to do with front line workers. Too much ego going around and it bottlenecks processes.

I would feel better if our managers would stop playing favorites. It is ridiculous how much they value having a friend on the work floor than someone that works.
They need to be more professional and actually work. Treat customers better and coworkers better.

They need to find themselves. This culture makes you a chameleon and that creates trust issues amongst workers. Insecurities rise, and nobody wants to lose their job-- so they chose sides.
Care about all employees income
