What did you like most about the interview process?
Every team member I spoke to was pleasant and nice. No one was trying to be intimidating or add unnecessary pressure to the interview, so I felt I was given the best opportunity to perform
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fyber's compensation package is competitive, but where Fyber stands out is the ongoing attention to the employee experience. Global and regional activities were maintained throughout the pandemic, including sports activities, social gatherings (physical/digital), energy boost packages delivery etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our exec. team is highly engaged and accessible, and communication has been even more transparent and frequent since the pandemic started. Fyber was one of the first companies to send all employees to work from home, putting wellbeing of employees first
What are some of the best things about your team?
Fyber is truly global. I interact with teams in 4-5 different countries on a weekly basis, and the team around me is both talented and very positive and engaged. Fyber was able to create a very cohesive DNA that fosters great collaboration and relationships across timezones and cultures
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fyber is a dynamic, fast-paced work environment where the best idea always wins, and there's a genuine opportunity for anyone to take initiative and make an impact. I've seen many examples of relatively junior people receiving leadership opportunities & have been supported to do the same from day 1
What makes you most happy at work?
The dynamic nature of the work where no 2 days are the same and new challenges come up all the time. It's also satisfying to see the massive progress that the company has made since I joined and how through team work we're able to break new growth records and find new opportunities
