I think the Leadership team at Fyber is doing a great job in identifying the correct direction for the company as well as creating an appropriate company culture. I believe is imperative for success of Fyber and it makes working fun

The company promotes flexibility and innovation. People don't hesitate to discuss their ideas with anyone from CEO to other professionals. It is actually encouraged to positively challenge ideas during brainstorming sessions. Everyone feels like they contribute towards the success of Fyber.
What did you like most about the interview process?
During my interview, there was pressure but the interviewers made me feel comfortable enough. They were more interested in candidate's thinking power rather than concrete solutions during interview. The introduction + lunch with the team was also a positive touch.
