What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are respectful and friendly. The "hierarchy" doesn't mean people can't be extremely friendly and caring.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
7 additional days off a year (on top of my yearly allowance) to use for long weekends and special occasions.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I see what I build come to life, and people also take the time to celebrate "win"s and congratulate.

They are very down-to-earth and approachable. They care about the company and products and are very impressive professionally, but even more so personally.

I like that they kept it efficient and gave quick responses (without taking longer to "play games"). The process was clear, made sense, and was well organized

We are open to each other's ideas and everyone has a positive, friendly, and respectful attitude and is open to collaborating - and people really care about making things happen and doing a good job.
