Its competitive and reflects our performance as a company

That we have a lot of options: beside 401K, medical, dental, vision (from the range of low copayment to big copayments and HSA and FSA), we also have the optionS of life insurance, legal insurance, extended leave, cancer, pets, etc.

Review from Operations Dept

Review from Engineering Dept

Review from HR Dept

It is fair for the marketplace and balanced between salary, benefits, and work/life balance.

Review from Operations Dept

life insurance policy is good

Review from Customer Support Dept

The unlimited PTO structure they offer.

Review from Operations Dept

I am paid pretty good. The overtime can be an issue at time. But the comp time helps.

Review from IT Dept

The expansion of additional coverage's like Pet Insurance and Legal coverage if you want them.

Review from Business Development Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Leadership is not invested in developing employees.

Review from Marketing Dept

The email from management that is sent weekly is you are expected to work 10-12 hours daily because of the amount of work. Sadly the company is losing their knowledge base as the employees who have been here for years are leaving because they have been working 12 hours a day with no time off!

Review from Operations Dept

I think we should receive a better rate increase and bonus based off years with the job and your work performance.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Compensation, corporate wide, leaves a lot to be desired. Even though this is not a Gainwell influenced situation as much as it is a Gainwell acquired situation. EDS/HP/HPE/DXC has never rewarded their hardworking dedicated staff like they do new hires. That's just disappointing.

Review from IT Dept

I currently make 15/hr, which is not enough to live comfortably. When I started in August, I was told I had to work a minimum of 25hrs/week with a maximum of 40hrs/week. I was recently told I could not work more than 29hrs/week with no warning. 29 hours per week at $15/hr is not enough. I struggle.

Review from IT Dept

The experience and my pay is not matching with industry standards. it shouldget adjusted accordignly.

Review from Sales Dept

No information about ICP which is due from 2020 (migrated from DXC)

Review from HR Dept

A respected organization within my profession does annual pay studies and I fall in the underpaid category making 35k less than others with comparable skills, expertise and length of time in the industry.

Review from Finance Dept

Compensation is not based on experience, skillset archiving goals or exhibiting professional. It’s already pre-

Review from Product Dept

I have 16+ year work experience and still in middle level assignments which a beginner can do well. I want more challenging work or job assignments and compensation for such a challenging job

Review from Operations Dept

Some Bonus gifts during the festive seasons like other organizations apart from annual ratings

Review from IT Dept

We work for the betterment of the company and expect company to do the same for us.

Review from HR Dept

Management promised to provide a compensation increase but that is not implemented yet

Review from HR Dept

If I was Paid more than the employees that I manage or at least the same as others in my job function.

Review from HR Dept

Getting more pay. Sometimes I work 80 hours and still get the same pay.

Review from Operations Dept

I have 3 years of experience in the organization, but I still get paid as an associate. I also live in Washington state; one of the expensive states to live. So, I think my pay is not fair at all.

Review from IT Dept

To be compensated for promotions and assuming greater responsibilities

Review from Operations Dept

BEING IN QC' WE WORK EXTRA HARD NOT ONLY QC'ING BUT MAKING SURE OUR PROCESSER'S ARE HELPED WITH TRAINING REFRESHERS AND ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS WE NEED TO BE PAID MORE

Review from Operations Dept

This is my dream employment. The amount of stress that is gained can never be measured by a $ amount. I believe it should be evaluated.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Recently found out that employee two levels below me are making 20k more than I am as a manager.
