My manager is the best manager I've ever had at any job -- she's able to balance being very goal-oriented with being very human-oriented.

It's thoughtful and it treats candidates with warmth. I think an inviting energy helps people relax and show what they really have to offer.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate that our company allows you to use holidays for the holidays you personally celebrate if they are not the ones observed by dominant culture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sometimes it can veer into too fast, but mostly I feel like I'm able to keep on top of my responsibilities without feeling too stressed out.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is dedicated, hard-working, kind, focused, collaborative. We truly work together -- it feels like a true team. I genuinely love all of my coworkers and look forward to coming to work every day.
