Our team is very collaborative, and in any pain points throughout our season, I feel that we handle difficulty well and trust each other's abilities.

I like that I am putting my own skills and knowledge into a company that I feel aligns with my own values as an educator and as an individual.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Because our company spends so much time hiring for seasonal summer staff, it was obvious how they prioritize candidates and have a great process in place for all potential employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that they are transparent in their processes, not just their end results and decisions. Hierarchy seems less important than the desire for honest, constructive feedback at every level and I feel comfortable providing feedback that is valuable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Galileo's values are a part of the camp that we create for our families, as well as the offices and teams we have at headquarters. There is a lot of joy, thoughtfulness, hard-work, and humility from the people here and I cannot value it more highly.
