Everything! Galileo works really hard to intentionally create a culture of positivity!

I liked that people really connected with me as a person, and not just as an interview. They asked thoughtful questions.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people! They are an incredible bunch! I also believe in our mission and that all my work leads back to that mission!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that my kids get to go to Camp during the summer for free! The PTO is really generous, and all the other benefits are great.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is an incredible group of humans! They are kind, generous, and positive. We are a bonded team that feels like a family, we give feedback to each other and learn and grow from each other's ideas.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership team keeps our mission front and center in all we do. They genuinely care about the people who work for our organization and are intentional about creating a culture of positivity, fun, and growth! Feedback is welcomed, and everyone has a voice!
