- What are some of the best things about your team?Their institution knowledge are rich, however, the transition part are very weak due to no centralized structure/network that allows the transitions.
- What do you like best about the leadership team?I can’t answer because they never step in my department and learn more. To offer their supports instead of getting external consultants to fix the university level issue
- What did you like most about the interview process?There was only one round of interviews. It was systematic.
