What makes you most happy at work?
I really enjoy the team environment and working on campaigns with the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There receptive to new ideas, extremely smart, but willing to listen to employees and try new things. The original leadership team prior to hires is tremendous all around.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is so supportive and helpful. Company encourages 1 on 1 meetings, along with an employee directory to get to know each other. The Chief of staff does an amazing job keeping everyone connected despite primarily being remote based.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Thoughtful and insightful questions. I had 3 interviews, once with the Chief of Staff and Senior Account Executive, then the VP of Sales and the CEO vetted in the final meeting. All of them asked great questions and were interesting, along with an all-around positive tone.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The sales team was originally the CEO, the VP of Sales and the Senior Account Executive, all of them are extremely good at what they do and are more than happy to impart knowledge while fostering a supportive, productive and team oriented work culture. Love the team.
