What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to talk about gaming and general geekdom things in the context of Gamesight's offerings and product applications.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There were several interviews, but they were all casual. Everyone was easy to talk to and it didn't feel corporate or stuffy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really appreciated the equity option and I love all of the little budgets we have for continued learning, working from home, gaming, etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that there's a lot of transparency and candor. I typically don't get off a call wondering if something else is going on behind the scenes. It feels like a stable and growing company and a lot of that comes from the leadership.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The whole team is super passionate and knowledgeable about gaming. Gaming is the core of the company and it shows in everything we do. We also go out of our way to make sure we set up our customers for success, both short term and long term, even if the long term doesn't include us.
