Be better if they give more choice not everyone likes kaiser to many restrictions with them

according to the market we need comparable compension

Im still receiving the starting pay but I have higher experience and do a good job at the sites to keep our security service well respected.

Better pay and health benefits

As I mentioned before, a better pay is needed here

better wages, better health and dental

I feel undervalued because I make the complaints and no one listens

No benefits, no PTO of any sort, no retirement options, underpaid.

The company hires employees with the same or more money than the ones that have been with the company for a long period of time. There needs to be better recognition for the employees that have been with the company for a longer period of time.

I would like some health insurance.

I would love to make more money

they need a better team in there corporate office because they are not team players at all

A reasonable negotiation committee does not exsist. Policy is made just to make an employees life less comfortable.

I feel undervalued because I myself do a lot I've been on my job for two years and I can do my supervisor job

Truth is, the problem is across the board with the entire company. They don't care.
