The truck are garbage. They don't feel their money is safe in our vehicles
Wages need to be improved so guards feel good about saying they work for Garda. The company needs to have training sessions at the different sites. Management/supervisors/area managers need to follow through with their promises and be active in hearing legitimate complaints.
What can be improved is enforcing the basic rules of its employees that will give them a guideline to follow.
