I believe that this company puts as little effort as legally/morally/ethically possible into making sure their employees and clients are satisified. They would rather create a mediocre job turnstile machine then to create a company people WANT to stay at. Pay your people better.

Truth is, the problem is across the board with the entire company. They don't care.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Scheduling, adequate training for leadership, providing opportunities to earn more money, communication, a functional HR department, weekly meetings, proper correspondance, professionalism, paying employees on time, and treating workers like humans.
