Garda World in Toledo is poorly run. They have let people on site at the AmazonPCW1 in Rossford, OH. and then had to remove them because one didn't pass a drug test and one didn't pass a background check, they had a guy who threatened co-workers who went to another site and harmed someone.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We really don't have company meetings, it's all done through slack for the supervisors to relay the information
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Sight Supervisor is very accommodating and is there in the trenches with the rest of us working extra hours due to no staff and hiring incompetent staff that leave 3 days after they arrive. The people above him are very incompetent themselves and obviously don't care about keeping the contract.
