All security companies are essentially the same. They offer the bare minimum in terms of benefits but expect you to commit whatever hours you are asked to do. The branch is useful in my honest opinion but each person’s experience really is dependent on the site due to security as private contracto

The friendliness of the employees of one of their sites is a positive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do their best to accommodate your needs but they have to uphold company policy at the end of the day which makes them very limited on what they can offer.
