Very professional and fair questions. Made me feel like they genuinely were interested in who I am.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Myself and my team are contracted to Square and we are treated with the utmost respect and equality.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe I should be able to have sick pay or paid time off and should be able to increase my allotted vacation time with years of service.
