Unit cohesion. We work as a team, strive to push each other to do better and help improve on overall knowledge of the job with healthy competition.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im about to negotiate a new contract for my branch. We desperately need a bump, we cant get people to stay because they can make the same amount at the local gas station, without any of the assumed risk to themselves.
