Getting people to work and not leaving their employees to work alone when it is a two person job

Communication. Diversity. Not being prejudice (I'm white).

They need to listen and hire people that really wants to work

Leadership here is scary, they worry about compliance for safety but do nothing to fix it. Trucks are old and dangerous and never replaced or upgraded.

If they actually worked as a team instead of leaving on breaks for extended period of time. Rules are not enforced

Look for good employees not just hire someone that need a job. Hire someone with experience
