I just wish they paid more, gave raises and didn't lay off people so much .

No raises were ever given
After doing research, I have found that I am severely underpaid. I did not negotiate, but I want to be paid reasonably without negotiation. I figured that because my background isn't perfect, I didn't deserve a higher salary. Turns out, I do.

Pay plan is terrible and they change it without notice. If you make a large sale they will make it an exempt scout to not count toward your numbers so you get paid less or not at all.
I've been in my position for 3 years and have not been giving a raise! Also when Gate House took over I had vacation hours that were taken away without notice. I didn't find out until I took my vacation and didn't receive a PAYCHECK! That was very detrimental to my house hold! AND NO ONE CARED!
