What do you like best about the leadership team?
The General Manager needs a drug test.
They hold a lot of promise about my future.
Trying to level with people as sadly print media it is a sinking ship and the movement from print media to a digital world is an uphill battle they make every effort to make the shift a smooth one with innovative ideas and supportive leadership willing to hear the needs of everyone
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being honest distributing work evenly not making racial jokes
Responding to people when they email and call them for starters
Treating people with respect and not harassing and threatening them
Stop passing the blame off
Communication, better rate of pay, professionalism

How about a free car parts or a new car for that matter
I just wish they paid more, gave raises and didn't lay off people so much .

No raises were ever given
After doing research, I have found that I am severely underpaid. I did not negotiate, but I want to be paid reasonably without negotiation. I figured that because my background isn't perfect, I didn't deserve a higher salary. Turns out, I do.

They understand the perils and problems
Most of us went to the same High school.
They are understanding and want us all to succeed as a team.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The supervisors can do no wrong and the employees take all the blame
Less gossip, if you are upset, they will tell your manager that you are complaining
They need to stop talking about each other behind their backs and turning employees on other employees!!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Driving around by my self all night
My co-worker are very positive. Our manager is very negative.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Made me feel comfortable and important but now I know why
I loved the idea of working at a newspaper.
I enjoyed meeting the entire staff, including managers in other markets. I felt like they were finding a perfect fit for me.

Not being bullied would be great

Being around my co-worker and meeting new prospects.
Meeting with clients and finding out their needs.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Less work loads on people there
A more effective HR team would be amazing I informed them of harassment sexual and verbal and they've done nothing to help the situation
I work in media and in print newspaper. The overall perception is that the industry is slowly dying and is not helped by "fake media" accusations.

I feel like I’m not being paid what I earn. Every time you hit your goal, the next month they raise it to a place that is unacheivable so they do not have to pay you as much as you deserve. They pay less than 1/2% of what is so

What I like best about the company is my flexibility to travel and my purpose.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I would like people to be treated better, with more empathy, and a more blended approach to training. A lot of it feels divided given the nature of the beast. Additionally, I would like my salary and benefits to better reflect the impact I have on the company.
