I feel like the company gives me a lot of room for growth, however, it's not always clear what that growth means or how I will be compensated for it. Sales roles are obviously the most lucrative, and usually the most respected. Although my job is significant, it feels less sometimes.
What makes you most happy at work?
Meeting with clients and finding out their needs.

What I like best about the company is my flexibility to travel and my purpose.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed meeting the entire staff, including managers in other markets. I felt like they were finding a perfect fit for me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After doing research, I have found that I am severely underpaid. I did not negotiate, but I want to be paid reasonably without negotiation. I figured that because my background isn't perfect, I didn't deserve a higher salary. Turns out, I do.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I would like people to be treated better, with more empathy, and a more blended approach to training. A lot of it feels divided given the nature of the beast. Additionally, I would like my salary and benefits to better reflect the impact I have on the company.
