What do you like best about the leadership team?
The General Manager needs a drug test.
They hold a lot of promise about my future.
Trying to level with people as sadly print media it is a sinking ship and the movement from print media to a digital world is an uphill battle they make every effort to make the shift a smooth one with innovative ideas and supportive leadership willing to hear the needs of everyone
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being honest distributing work evenly not making racial jokes
Responding to people when they email and call them for starters
Treating people with respect and not harassing and threatening them
Stop passing the blame off
Communication, better rate of pay, professionalism

Caring about other employees that are below them! They don't care about nobody other than themselves! Why would they they have their salaries they get a paycheck they don't care if anybody else does!!!!!
