They are always available for questions and willing to take time to teach things correctly.

I am paid fairly for what I do.

I feel like the hours that corporate america makes us work versus the amount we are paid to sacrifice a majority of our lives isn't fair.
Very poor benefits package in general

they are always helpful and we work together well to accomplish common goals

Stop back stabbing each other

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is normally really nice. We have lots of get togethers.
They take time for their employees to show them they care, such as happy hours, appreciative emails, various events and surveys

Total lack of any ethics

They made me feel welcome.
That they really seemed to care about my story and why I wanted the job, not just numbers
