My coworkers are so kind, caring, compassionate, and intelligent. They want to lift others up and help others grow.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers, hands down. What would make me happy at work is more investment in the employees and more office perks.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The steps were very straightforward. I was never left waiting very long to hear back and the whole process was clearly laid out from the beginning.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better benefits - more affordable healthcare plans, better office perks, any perks would be nice (gym stipend, commuter stipend, etc) If you're going to force employees back into the office, make it worth it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Focus on psychological safety. It's currently non-existent and people don't feel comfortable going to their leadership with honest feedback. TRUST the people you hired to do the job you hired them for. The micromanagement is rampant. Hire managers who are trained to manage people.
