What is the best part about your compensation package?

Wellness stipend, paid family leave

Gem does compensation above the market rate because we know how hard it is to hire talent- we want to make sure that our talent is paid well and happy with their salaries to hopefully be able to keep them here long term

There are quite a few special perks included in the comp package and those add a nice extra bump to what already feels like fair comp packages

Great combination of base pay + stock + comprehensive benefits.

Unlimited paid time off, highly competitive salary, great work/life balance, support in career development, what's there not to love?

They're regularly re-evaluating the compensation structure, and I feel like I was compensated fairly from an equity perspective, coming in relatively early.

I think it's very fair and gives me motivation as well.
