Great CEO with a Great Vision! The same can be said about the workplace environment. "Work Hard, Play Hard". The only negative are mid level managers,people managers who often play politics. Its hard to move up without going into a people manager role and it can be stressful resulting in many LOAs.

Vacation days, Holidays, Genentech has a grandfathered sabbatical benefit where after 6 years of FTE employment you get 6 weeks of paid vacation time to use.

They hire the best of the best! Looking for skills and qualities that go beyond just the role individuals apply for but the longevity of their stay with the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team does a great job in showcasing what needs to be done and said. However there is often a gap between what leadership says and what trickles down to frontline.
