I am confident about my words
It's becoming more diverse and interested in coming into the millennium. I appreciate the DE&I initiatives - more than just talk, but taking action.
The leadership team is very inclusive and provides lots of opportunities to learn and grow. However I would like to see more opportunities and acknowledgements made for the POC Community here at Genentech.
