What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparent, authentic, keeps in mind what is best for employees
We have some excellent managers who care and want to do the right thing for patients, customers, and team members.

Leadership team does a great job in showcasing what needs to be done and said. However there is often a gap between what leadership says and what trickles down to frontline.

Transparent at the local LT level but not so much for the HQ LTs

I am confident about my words
It's becoming more diverse and interested in coming into the millennium. I appreciate the DE&I initiatives - more than just talk, but taking action.
The leadership team is very inclusive and provides lots of opportunities to learn and grow. However I would like to see more opportunities and acknowledgements made for the POC Community here at Genentech.

Redundancy is rampant in this company. If they don't find more blockbusters, people will be let go. Avoid IT and diagnostics.

No support and hired us knowing they were moving to Portland lot of us quit our permanent jobs to have a chance with Genentech but they lied to benefit them and there is zero support while you are looking for a different position.
