She was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She served as Lead Partner for a number of large, national, insurance and financial services companies. Prior to PricewaterhouseCoopers, she served as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Genworth Financial Inc. until September 2005. She serves as Director of Baker Hughes, a GE company. She served as a Member of the Standing Advisory Group at Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) since January 2009. She serves on the Board of Girls Who Code and is a member of the Sutter Hill Ventures Advisory Board. Ms. Miller is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She obtained her BS degree in Accounting at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 1990.
