Executive Bio

Ms. Linda Boff has been the Chief Marketing Officer of General Electric Company since September 2015 and has been its Vice President since May 1, 2016. Ms. Boff leads the General Electric Company's digital industrial marketing strategy, intensify commercial and customer impact and continue to accelerate GE's brand. She is also responsible for driving the GE brand through innovative content, digital marketing and first-of-their-kind media partnerships. Ms. Boff joined GE in 2004. Her experience also includes Chief Marketing Officer at NBC's iVillage as well as key marketing roles at Citigroup, the American Museum of Natural History, Times Mirror Company and several large media and marketing agencies. She has been a Director of Dunkin' Brands Group, Inc. since May 2017. Ms. Boff serves on the Board of Partnership with Children, a NYC-based organization which provides social support to hard-to-reach school children. She is Vice Chair of the Ad Council. Ms. Boff serves as a Director of Association of National Advertisers Inc. Her drive to innovate has won the GE and herself many accolades including including the 2016 Women in Communications Matrix Award, Advertising Women of New York's Changing the Game award, CDO Club's 2016 US Chief Digital Officer of the Year and inclusion as one of Fast Company's Most Creative People. Ms. Boff holds BA in Political Science & Psychology from Union College from 1979 to 1983.
