Mr. Richard Alan Laxer, also known as Rich, has been Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of GE Capital Global Holdings, LLC at General Electric Company since September 1, 2016. Mr. Laxer has been a Senior Vice President of General Electric Company since September 5, 2016. He has been with GE for more than 26 years. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of GE Capital International Services at General Electric Company until September 1, 2016. Mr. Laxer served as the Chief Executive and President of EMEA at General Electric Capital Corporation since 2009. He served as the President of GE Corporate Financial Services (CFS) Europe based in London (a unit of GE Commercial Finance) of General Electric Company since December 18, 2003.
