Mr. Laxer served as the President of GE Real Estate Asia-Pacific, based in Japan, a unit of GE Commercial Finance. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Capital EMEA Services Ltd., since 2009. Mr. Laxer joined GE in 1984 as a Member of the Financial Management Program and served in a variety of sales and management positions. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of General Electric Capital Services Inc. since November 1, 2006. Mr. Laxer served as a Regional President of GE Commercial Finance for Asia Pacific since 2000. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of European Corporate Lending business - Commercial Finance Division at GE Commercial Finance. Mr. Laxer served as Head of European Operations for GE Corporate Financial Services at GE, where he led GE's Asia-Pacific real estate business for 3 years in Tokyo and established and ran its real estate fund capital group in New York. He served as a Senior Vice President of GE Real Estate's Fund Capital Group. He served as a Vice President of Vodafone Ono, S.A.U. since 2004. He serves as the Chairman of GE Capital Interbanca S.p.A. Mr. Laxer serves as a Vice Chairman of Mubadala GE Capital PJSC. He served as a Vice Chairman of Supervisory Board at Moneta Money Bank, a.s. since April 21, 2016 until April 24, 2017. He served as Second Deputy Chairman and Member of Supervisory Board at Bank BPH SA. He served as a Director of Cembra Money Bank AG from September 24, 2013 to September 1, 2015. Mr. Laxer was named an officer in 2003 and serves as a Member of GE's Corporate Executive Council. He serves as a Trustee and as well as a Member of the Friends of the President's Council.
