  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
    Communication and treating people equally
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    We cover emergencies for 3 automotive plants and do the same work as a 911 operator but get paid half the money plus very poor benefits. When they give us a gift even if it is 25 dollar bonus they make us pay taxes on it.
  • What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
    We need everyone to be on the same page and we need management to not overide our supervisor
