all perks and benefits of the job are geared towards sales. when budget cuts need to be made its typically from back office even though we are stretched thin enough. back office and compliance provides multiple trainings and tools to make placements easier the information is never retained

A little bit. One on ones are hard to come by and when they do take place very little of the time is spent focused on my work what I am doing right versus what I need to do to get better. Surprised at which holidays we do and do not have off. Rewards and public praise also not consistent
Industry low salaries and an inferior commission structure. Compensation is not aligned with my value or the role/s I am asked to fil.

The company does not match retirement/401K which would be a really nice benefit to have and show the desire for employee retention. Performance related salary increases at a higher frequency would be beneficial as well, along with more opportunities for growth.

There is no 401K match nor any profit sharing which is disappointing for a company of this size. Base pay is below industry standard for commissioned roles, however the commission structure is consistent with the market.

Compensation is low for the industry and the commission structure is less than ideal. Additionally, there is no annual or semiannual review process and no annual adjustment to base pay.
Better cost of living yearly raises and more recognition to the back-office employees.

I do way more than I was led to believe when interviewing. I would have negotiated a much higher salary if I had known the full scope of my role and the financial responsibilities that came with it. Also, the benefits offerings are too expensive at my current salary. I cannot afford any of them.
