Communication whether it be of changes to SOP or accounts, communication is not streamlined or consistent
Being more involved with Sales, it starts there. Our Sales Reps are paper pushers that have zero relationships with our clients; they work off of emails that come from a VMS account and pass the responsibilities to and Admin to submit. This is what I have observed in my office, at least.

all perks and benefits of the job are geared towards sales. when budget cuts need to be made its typically from back office even though we are stretched thin enough. back office and compliance provides multiple trainings and tools to make placements easier the information is never retained

Improve benefits and allow opportunities for growth and compensation increases. For instance, it is virtually impossible for a recruiter to reach President's Club and sales makes a considerable amount more in commission. We are also often expected to put in off hour work without seeing results.

As much as we try to convince ourselves otherwise, much of what we do is pointless and much of the executive leadership team provides little strategic direction.
